    method for cooking change macros?

If I cook my 93/7 lean ground beef on my george foreman grill, will the fat content be different than if I were to fry it on the stove? Let's assume that I would just use a calorie-free no-stick spray with either method.

i always cook mine in a fying pan on the stove top and honestly i dont cook out much fat as it's lean to begin with i wouldn't think the results would be that much more dramatic in the gf grill

Thats a really good question. The only method, although very unorthodox that I could think of would be to weigh the meats using the two methods after cooking. Whichever meat weighs more maintained more fat while being cooked (I think).

It definitely changes the fat macro a good bit if you have substantial drippings/drainage. I always assume lean ground beef to be at least 1/2 the fat after I make it as meatloaf and see how much fat I pour out of the pan. In fact, I'm rather anal about my dieting to say the least and I hate using lean ground beef for that reason, lol.

Amongst other reasons, I believe lol.

That's actually the reason I don't eat lean beef when I cut; I want to keep calories as closely monitored as possible. I'm bulking now, so obviously, I use lean beef for extra benefits that other lean protein sources cannot provide.
