    To be bruetlly honest, your cycle was not a well planned out one, your workout regime is really bad, and you started your cycle in a very bad condition. Head over and start a thread with your workout regime in "workout" section. Then head to the "diet" section, as you clearly need some help in this department. Goodluck, I hope you prepare alot better for your next cycle.
