How do you take liquid dex ,how do you know how much is .25 also can you mix with juice?

Just orally ingest it. You should use an oral syringe to administer (has small units of measurement). And personally, I just mix it in a bottle of water; 0.25mL/500mL is negligible, I don't notice a difference.

It should come with a syringe, then you know how much you are taking.

LiquidDex is 1mg per mL so a quarter of an oral syringe would equal .25mg
