Hello,
I'm a new guy to the board. I live in Manhattan and have been working out off and on for 7 years now. I'm 33 years old and looking to finally break out and get in the shape I've wanted to. I'm here to educate myself and then get going on some cycles once I figure out the who, what, and how.
Any advice and information anyone wants to give me would be appreciated.
