    Thinking about an IGF-1 cycle

Bc IGF1 and GH go best together I know many people would suggest that cycle to me.. but I honestly do not have any interest whatsoever in taking HGH. I do not want the sutures in my skull to grow and give me a caveman forehead, dont want the Interventricular septum of my heart enlarging.. not interested in thicker/more sense bones.

so basically what I am getting at is that if I were to take an IGF cycle.. do any of you have any suggestions/experience with this on what compounds I should possibly take with it.. been doing research for a little bit now and everything i have read points to GH but like I said... no thanks.

Uhhh...the chronic increase in IGF-1 from HGH is what causes thoise side effects you mentioned (though you exagerated them greatly).
GH itself is basically inert. It doesn't do anything until the liver converts it to IGF-1...and you just want to supplement IGF-1 as a safer alternative...see the problem here?

yea I do... I thought it was just the elevated GH levels in the blood and bone marrow that caused those sides but if that is the case and IGF1 will cause those sides as well then I dont want anything to do with it

are there any ways to avoid the sides????

Keep the doses reasonable and you should be fine. It sounds like you've been listening to too many scare-stories anyway. Honestly, how many guys have you seen with any signs of acromegaly, besides a few IFBB pros and actual giants?
Also, higher peaks of GH will cause less sides. GH/IGF-1 work inversely of AAS. You want high peaks (not smooth consistent levels) to get maximum benefits and lower side effects.
