Just because you got unbelievable results from this doesn't mean the OP or anybody else will. How can you advise him on macros when you have no idea of his stats or caloric requirements?

I know you meant well, and some of the advice is on point (water, 6-8 meals, etc) - but please be careful recommending 'cookie cutter' macro splits to people as it could do more harm than good.

OP, my advice is this - why do you automatically assume you need an appetite suppressant? Maybe you're simply not eating enough, or enough of the right foods at the right times. What does your diet look like?

Why are you running a compound known for greatly increasing appetite if you're not trying to gain?

To me, the most logical fix would be to drop the EQ rather than try to counteract its side-effects by adding another substance that will have its own sides.

Agree with scotty and gb. My advice is if you're hungry: eat! Fibrous veggies, fruits like watermelon that have a negligible calorie count (within reason, it is sugar), lettuce. When I'm starving, I eat a huge bowl of fibrous veggies/salad, maybe some egg whites and white fish - at the end of the day, its hard tO exceed tdee that way.
