    well a few weeks out of pct here is final results

    12 weeks 1st cycle 300 mg test e /300 mg eq. sitting at 218 lbs at 12% bf now 5'9 ,38 yrs old.. getting ready to shred up for summer. cutting back on cals starting today.tring to get those abs out a 100%. thought id post a final results pick after pct . after pct ... not if pics are in order because i suck at this...

    no i started cutting for cycle at the end of last summer got down to 14% at 194 lbs then i got on cycle in fall and went back up in weight and since ive been off i gained 8 more lbs and dropped 2%in bf

    Gaining an additional 8 lbs and dropping 2% BF AFTER cycle...that is awesome.

    Most guys you read loose half after PCT.

    What was your PCT?
    How does your post BW look like?
    And are u using anything now, like a Test booster?

    standard pct nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/30/30 i ran aromasin through the first 2 weeks. been eating 4000 cals/ a day .im a mason also .i work out all day.

    i will definetely run eq again. i liked the cycle.im not sure what did what but im happy. thanks everyone.i love this site .its jump started me in the right direction.monster in progress.

    curious as to why you ran the aromasin for the 1st two weeks of PCT? Did you run it during the whole cycle?

    yes i ran 12.5 mg eod. i read alot about aromasin being used for pct . it is strong enough to bring back your natty test. i just thought it would not hurt...

    I see...well I have used AI's in almost every cycle although this is my 1st time using aromasin. I might have to try running it in PCT as well if I have enough left. I have always been under the notion of if you use an AI during cycle then it is not needed in PCT, as the SERM's will take over from there.
