I posted a couple of days ago that injured my wrist kickboxing. It was 9 days ago that injured i it. I took a week off from the gym but there aint really any difference with the wrist, meaning it aint got better. I was on my third week of the cycle put 2ml in on the week that i took off but as there is no change im going to stop the cycle, i dont see any point of carrying on if i iant going to be able to train for a few more weeks.
Im thinking of giving it 3 weeks starting pct which will last for 30 days giving it 2 weeks then going back on.
