    Whey and gluten-free

just got some whey from GNC since I had to get some asap for my program...

is there a brand out there which is a better quality? I could order? and not have any gluten? If I am going to do this program, may as well be gluten-free since in my gut I feel I would do better on less gluten.

    Thanks for any whey tips....

or is whey simply whey? and not one is better than the other?

i stopped shopping at GNC after I found Vitamin shoppe.
They have a really great organic section with all kind of great proteins.
One called "Raw Meal" , protein made from rice and veggies, tastes like crap, but awesome product, will keep u satisfied for hours. Great way to start your day, and will keep your sugar cravings at bay
Another one called Spirulina, rice and soy, I believe, tasted great.
