Thanks to one of the member I took this off his page and added to my weekly shopping and change a few things.
Shopping list:
21eggs
10 egg whites
Beef 2-3lbs
bag of instant oats (have this)
Banana 4
Whey protein shake
7cups yougourt
70 raw almonds
chicken breast - 7
green veg - 10-11cups
tuna - 7 tins
So what you see above will be added to my weekly shopping, I will have to do abit of math for proper meals?
Based on the time I get up and go to bed, mainly at work.
3:00am
2 whole eggs
1/4cup lean beef
1/4cup instant oats
1/2 banana
8am or 9am (at work)
2 scoops whey protein
1/3 cup fruit
1 cup Yogurt
10 raw natural almonds
10:30am ( abit close but still at work)
3/4 cup egg whites
1 cup brocoli
1tbs oil
1pm (at work lunch)
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup brocoli
1tbs oil
5pm or 6pm (depends when I get home from work)
medium green salade
1 tin tuna
1tbs olive oil
8pm
3/4 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
Please let me know if I follow this with my 30min cardio a day and weights for 30mins a day, if this will help me get cut?
