    cutting diet

I am currently 5'1 and about 130lbs. Male with a belly created by 2 years of hard living...

I've started my new diet about 4 weeks ago and my belly is shrinking every week. It started off measuring 37 inch and I'm down to 34.5. I'm also doing one hour of fasted cardio every weekday morning.

For simplicity I have chicken in most of the meals, but I plan on swapping these out with red meat and fish when I get board. Oh, and I didn't put anything in for blueberrys for breakfast because I put about 6-8 in my oats to break up the taste. Couldn't find the macros on 8 blueberrys.

    Any tips would be helpfull.

I'd ssay that you need more fat. I'd use something a little tastier than flax seed oil with my meals. Olive oil works well, coconut oil is good too. I'd add in some fish oil. About 5g per day.

Other than that, does everything else look ok. ie timing of meals and the macros.
