Well folks, Have been reading this forums for bout a year now!!! Considering starting a cycle in few weeks!!! Training for past 10 years!! Doing Marathon on Sunday... hoping to cut down on the cardio after that n hit the weights bigtime!! Lifted weights 3 times a week during marathon training. Before I started marathon training I was 81 kg , im now 79kg. Really looking at cutting up and bring weight up to round 85 kg!! Diet at moment is geared towards the marathon training but befor hand had a high protein intake. Dont drink alcohol!!! Thinking of doing Anavar with? ANY Help would be welcomed!!![]()
