I'm a fairly new lifter, I started lifting a little over a year and a half ago, and I've noticed I have fairly weak legs compared to my chest. I think this has a lot to do with my deadlift, which I try to avoid. Whenever I deadlift, I have noticed I usually don't feel much in my legs while I perform the lift. I perform deadlift sumo-style, and I keep my feet quite wide with my feet pointed out a little less than 45 degrees outward. I use an under-over grip and keep my arms on the inside of my legs. When I start, I try to keep my hips low and keep the bar at my shins, and I then lift up, and i'm pretty sure I keep my back straight, if not a little bit arched. At the end of every rep I lock it out, set it on the ground and repeat without letting go and avoiding bouncing. Is there anything wrong with my form? Will other forms be more beneficial and build more power? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot for the help!
