I have been getting a kernal error 41 in my event viewer. What happens is my computer locks up(fans still move, no bsod,hard-drive still running everything for that matter still running) Just cannot move the mouse(sometimes when it happens I can move but cannot click on anything). Recently reformated, check it disk revealed nothing wrong with any parts inside the computer(scanned everything) Updated all drivers to latest updates and disabled anything that was not in use(such as onboard audio; disabled in bios and windows) Cpu temp is within levels(40c) Bios was updated. I cannot remember everything I did but it was a lot.
