Lets say i miss 1 day of my fina inject which is 75mg. Will it really effect my cycle out come? What would be the downfall? Im not listing the reason why but i might have to skip a day due to other arrngements.

No it is not a problem.

You will be fine. If you know you are going to miss it do 150mg the day before.
