I train my weiner a lot...
but at the gym, definitely shoulders with chest coming in 2nd
Chest , legs and i tried really hard to keep this thread in line.
chest, triceps, shoulders....and I enjoy a good burn from a leg workout...pretty much everything actually. Just my shoulders triceps and chest are the strongest part on me I believe.
Whatever I am strongest on at the moment tends to be my favorite. When I was shoulder pressing 205 for reps it was my favorite for example. Or when I could deadlift over 400 for reps it was my favorite, and the same with bench when I broke 300lbs....you get the idea haha
was shoulders until i buggered my rotators,
prob traps now
love my deads, but thats alot of groups lol

I have issues still out of my rotator cuff so shoulders are never fun for me.

Back, shoulders, biceps/tris, chest......legs. My legs suck Yes I am one of them dudes with a big upper body and small lower body. My legs and ass are naturally big from playing soccer for 18 years. I just cant wear the types of pants i like if i train my legs they get to big.
don't really focus on body parts, but love to squat and dead!

For me it is triceps. They have a nice shape and when I do the pulldown they pump right up and make my arms look even bigger and more defined.
I dont have faveroute body parts..
But i love pulling new PB's on deads bench and squats
