Hi everyone, Im looking foward to learning about lifting and alternative supplements that hopefully some of you may explain.

Height 6'7
Weight: 215
Lifting: 5 years
I also played college lacrosse and consider myself to be in pretty good condition.
I have a very low body fat percentage and am incredibly vascular, i am hoping with this site I can put on some well deserved pounds, I have had trouble all my life trying to get rid of that "lanky tall" guy look.
