This is what I ate yesterday. Usually similar portions every day, trying to keep all of my gains.. stats are 6'1.5" 238 9-10% bf. currently on pct, with insulin, igf-1, ghrp-6, and clenbuterol. I have actually gained a few pounds since my cycle stopped, but I have been doing cardio and my bodyfat IS NOT going up at all.. along with this I am also drinking 2 gallons of water a day roughly, and cardio is usually 15-25minutes of running (2-3 miles on tread mill) While I was on my last cycle, I was eating about 1000kcal less than this.. but i wanted to up it to make sure I was getting enough food. Does the diet look good? (normally, my protein isn't quite this high.. but it is usually in the 400g/day range)
