I just started my first cycle ( sust 250 - 10wk ). I am 4 weeks into it and have completey changed my entire lifestyle and it feels great. i went from poor diet, drinking alcohol reguraly and no training to strict diet, no alch and training every other day. I look forward to getting advice from yall cuz im sure i will have plenty of questions especially at the end of my cycle.Here are some of my stats:
age -30
weight - 195lb
height - 5'-10"
medium build
bf% - Not sure yet
yrs training - 4weeks recent, two years total ( but that was around 2008)
goals for this cycle - I wanna bulk up maybe to bout 210 lbs then start cutting on the next cycle. I'm currently benching around 225 and would like to be able to be pushing around 300 at the end of the 10 week cycle. I am currently in week 4.
