Hi everyone, I have been working out since I was 18, I have an extremely fast metabolism, and have always been cut/ripped, but no matter how much I worked out and eat, and using supplements I could never beat the 172lbs mark.
I am 6.1 1/2 my average weight when working out 5-6 times a week is 168/170 and if I dont workout, I drop to 156/160.
which I think makes me extremely thin/long looking.
I was in the marines and during that time, I worked out up to 2 times a day, went on crazy weight gaining regimens eating up to 6/7 times a day, lots of protein, I used creatine, (didn't like it) hi calorie diets. and I could never get over 172 lbs, I would be ripped kind of buff, but still looked super thin...when i had a shirt on..never really looked big.
after trying so many different supplements for about 10 years I decided to try steroids, and did my first cycle, last year of 500mg Test Enanthate p week, for 10 weeks,
and I went from 154lbs, to 176, which beat my previous weight record.
This year I am determined to reach the 180/185 lb mark.
which I think would be my ideal weight.
of course I did lot's of research before starting my first cycle, and got a really good during/post cyle therapy package.
I am just starting my 2nd cycle, and am going with the same dose as before.
Ill be doing more research, asking questions, and hopefully learning from some of you more experienced guys!
