Meal 4- 9oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice

Meal 7- Salmon filet, yams, 3/4 cup brown rice

I will be dropping my carbs in week 3 depending on gains.

Definitely hate the night sweats, cardio went to crap quick and my nuts officially feel like they are in a vice. The soreness associated with the Tren injections has started to subside, it's along the lines of a healthy Deca injection, except I'm doing it everyday, so the first 4 days I was hobbling around like an old man.
Even with the sides, I am loving it so far and I cant wait to see where I am at the end of the cycle. I'll post up the before an after pics at the end of the run. Starting stats were:

And yes my diet is pretty plain but, I never really have a problem eating the same thing over and over. Years back when I was in a much lower tax bracket, other than eggs in the morning it was cans of tunafish ALL DAY EVERYDAY!
