Not sure on BF% but I do have a belly
I have been lifting since I was 17.
My goal is to drop some fat off and then try to gain mass. I am fairly strong as is just need toned. I have been hitting the gym everyday.(rest days are for cardio). I am hoping to get a better diet going. I am determined to make this transformation! Thank you for any input.
