    Newbie here looking for guidelines/advice

    I am 21 years old
    250 pounds
    5'11"
    Not sure on BF% but I do have a belly
    I have been lifting since I was 17.

    My goal is to drop some fat off and then try to gain mass. I am fairly strong as is just need toned. I have been hitting the gym everyday.(rest days are for cardio). I am hoping to get a better diet going. I am determined to make this transformation! Thank you for any input.

    Dude you are just 21... you have a lot of natural potential left in you.. loads of hormones are running in you right now.. train and diet hard for another 4 years... The goal you want to achieve that you can achieve without aas bro... fix your diet.. hit diet section bro... train hard... you can lose that bf and gain some muscle naturally... dont think of roids for 4 more years....

    Dude build a 4 years diet and cardio as hell get to -15% bf and then comeback in here
