Can someone help me develope a routine for maximum growth. I currently do all compound exercises such as bench, squats etc. I want to focus quote a bit on my chest in the next few months. I would consider myself an ectomorph and currently have a very clean diet of about 57% carbs, 35% protein, the rest fats....around 3100 calories + a day.
I know everyone says to restrict cardio during a bulking cycle, however i'd still like to include at least 15 minutes running. Is it better to try and bulk with a 3 day routine or a 4 day routine. I was thinking about doing 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. Any recommendations are welcome, as well as good exercises.
