I am llifting heavy and getting good results from a strenth and size standpoint but I am not dropping fat as much as I would like. Althought my weight has stayed fairly level, its obvious by looking at my body that I am making progress.
There are a couple of days where I fell off the program and ate and drank.... I am looking to tune up my diet.
