    Post 2 weeks of Macros Posted - Looking for input

    FoodLines4-13-11.pdfTotals.pdfHere are 2 weeks + of macros. I am looking for input on most everything. I am llifting heavy and getting good results from a strenth and size standpoint but I am not dropping fat as much as I would like. Althought my weight has stayed fairly level, its obvious by looking at my body that I am making progress.

    There are a couple of days where I fell off the program and ate and drank.... I am looking to tune up my diet.

    I am 6'3' 253 pounds. I am back to working out after a 6 year layoff. I want to reduce fat while increasing muscle. According to the online estimators I am 31% body fat but the girl at the Y used the calipers and has me at 21%. I think I am somewhere in between those. I have had a hard time losing weight this time around but managed to start losing once I lowered my intake to around 1500.cals

    Seems like you dont even have a diet plan and everyday you have constant up and downs with your eating like someday you might eat 130g of protein and the following day you eat 250g protein, whats up with this lol.
    be more strict with your diet, everyday same amount cals, pro, fat ,carbs.

    if you want to lose weight fast and increase muscle mass at the same time, thats impossibe unless your on a cycle.

    people usually just get an illusion gaining muscle while cutting, couse the more visible muscle definition.
    even goin whole year with plus calories you get 10lbs max lean muscle tissue

    make a strict cut and then clean bulk.
