    Going to the doc for old gyno

    Last year I used Var with some heavy OTCs (DMZ1 and something else I can't recall. I got gyno. I thought it was going to go away like the time I used OTC tren extreme with finaflex. It didn't. I have a nice grape sized painful lump under my right nip. I never knew about the gear game and thot PCT was for real gear or heavy OTC users. Through the perhaps 200 hrs and maybe 1000 pages I've read... C Bino's 2006 thread is best. Read it if you have gyno issues. This thread, if I can stay on it, will be me going to the doc in the next few days and doing what he perscribes. Wish me luck and try to resist tagging on me for not doing PCT.
    I get it now. I have a ten wk cyp dbol with adex standing by as soon as I can kill this gyno.

    Having the surgery done will be the best thing you do for yourself man. I remember after running cycle at an early age like a ****en newb i had a gold ball behind one of my nips. Best thing I ever had done honestly.

    Funny thing. I told the doc my gyno was from a probirmone. He said "what's a prohormone"? then scheduled me to see the nurse practitioner.
    This is gonna suck. I realize gettin cut might have to happen but I'll try using meds first. Gonna order up three bottles of letro from the sponsor. I'm pretty sure the doc route isn't going to work. I did ask to see an endroconogist...I'll cross my fingers.
    But I'll at least try and maybe spread the word on that route.

    Stupid doctors.
    The cute Lil Asian nurse squeezed and caressed my nipples for a few minutes. She ordered labs, to include T and hcg. The doc referred me to a breast specialist and ordered an xray and mammogram. Huh? He said real gyno involoves the whole breast and not just a nipple nodule. No referral to an endocrinologist either. Geez! He said I'll probably end up getting cut anyway, just so they can at least do a biopsy.
    I'll jump thru their hoops a Lil bit. Still got my letro and nolva tho. I'm probably gonna end up doin Swifto's 2009 "self treating gyno" protocol.
    I'd like to ask about running letro. Is it advised to run a low level of Cyp during letro to keep libido? I don't hav pro on hand.

    Had my mammogram yesterday. Sort of weird thinking of having my pecs squished between the xray trays where so many boobs have been before me. The tech mentioned that over the past few years she is seeing more men there. Most are over weight and paranoid. I am neither. 6'4" 200lbs. So when she saw me she was curious. I told her the story and she sympathized. Tomorrow is my ultrasound and in about two weeks a visit with the doc on results of labs and all the forementioned.
    I still have a hard time believing the doc doesn't think the nipple nodule is from the prohormone.

    Update. Initial review o the mammogram showed and area of "concern". Odd thing is it isn't the 30mm growth under my nipple. A small area about 30mm away is their issue. Thus I had further mammogram of the right nipple area and a referral to a breast specialist. Really?! I'm 6'4" and 200lbs. We shall see in the next weeks about the results.

    The cute nurse called and said my blood labs were normal. My testosterone was 611. That's a good number for a 40yo. The FSH and all were good too. She offered Tamox for the pain in the lump but added it causes blood clots as a side effect. I told her I did a regiment of Nolva already, to no avail. I have a consult with a surgeon on 5/20. Will post more then. I'm tempted to do the CBino letro protocal but no libido, the PCT and sore joints will suck. I'll mention it at the consult. I'm keeping my options open and will report back after the consult.

    Big day. On my way to the doc today. Wifey has a class so I get to drag our one and two year olds with me.

    I know everyones body is different, but as I mentioned above I did a four week Nolva regiment recommended by Swifto in his 2009 post; it was all I had on hand at the time. It seems to have reduced my gyno and the pain is greatly reduced too. Eventhough CBinos infamous 2006 gyno post clearly states Nolva will do nothing for it. Odd.

    So with that small progress I did my first pin, of my first legit gear cycle last nite; a ten week cyp cycle with 1 mg of adex. I'll be doing this 2x/week. Of course I have a sh!t load of letro and nolva on hand.

    Doc said bcz I've been improving that I should just give it more time. He did offer to cut it out though and made no offer of non-surgical removal. I made a follow up for six months from now. For now I'll just do my cycle and keep the letro on hand. If it comes back I think I'll be able to crush it with letro; if not, I'll have the doc cut me.
    Maybe I'll jump in on a post after my 10 week cycle and PCT. Read you all later.
