    Updated pics, bodyfat% ????????

    just thought id share some pics, took them this morning before cardio, just wondering what you guys think bodyfat is right now ...

    i had body fat tested in gym but it was with these electronic pads, i know they are a load of shit but i thought oh well its free and im here now so i just had it done, it said 11.4% , the guy said they are only 80% accurate, just interested to see what you guys think......

    nprops to you mate you look great. you should be very proud of your achievement. hows your journey been gettin to were your at now? have u just done a cycle? cuttin/lean bulk? natural cut? either way pal done good. im mainly curious due to the fact im about 15percent bodyfat as of now and tryin to cut a bit. you seem to have a decent amount of muscle as well as low body fat. wondering your way of approach or mebe youve got good genetics for stqyin lean? any tips advice on keepin as much muscle while cuttin?

    im around 200 pounds right now, cut down from about 15% maybe a little higher at around 215 pounds

    this is the first time ive been at this bodyfat% ive allways been around 15 percent and looked like a bag of shit, allways trained hard but got distracted by drinking/partying so this year i quit everything and have trained my ass off, loads of cardio also, and have hardly missed a meal in 4 months, and the hardwork is starting to pay off, still along way to go but i would love to compete one day, but that will be in a few years yet, my advice is on keeping mass is just track everything as much as you can, diet needs to be spot on, and track weight every week so you know if you are loosing to quickly or to slowly, so you can change diet and cardio around, if im honest for the first 3 months i chopped and changed things all the time to see what worked best, and only the past 3 weeks ive actually felt like everything is going right, currently doing 40 mins fasted cardio, and 20 mins PWO, hope this helps a bit .....

    great work bro....angled/front ab and side ab shots are great...biceps and shoulders are ripped....when did you notice the most separation and roundness...hard to believe at 15% you were shit either...man, keep up the good work..best of continued luck

    thanks for the comments, and only the past 3 weeks ive noticed a big difference, cos i stopped drinking my shake pwo then doing 40 mins cardio, to just doing 20 mins straight after lifting then haveing my shake ..... i think this has helped,

    great pics. you just wanted to show off that bod. lol.. great bod. shows the dedication which is awesome. My guess is same 8-9% leg pictures would help. cause ur upper is RIPPED
