Another problem with customs

So long story short, my friend had one package stuck in customs (hasn't moved in a month), the provider sent another package and that package is stuck in customs as well (haven't moved in 5 days). My question is US customs backlogged right now? This is becoming ridiculous. I don't think both packages could be taken as I haven't got one letter stating otherwise. I just can't see the odds of both packages being held up.

i would say seized, better find a domestic source so you dont loose all your money.

USPS. I just don't get it. Any government service is complete shit if you ask me. Private business is the way to go.

USPS is not government owned anymore. They buy the name rights from the government.
