How tall are you? Are your parents small? If so I'd say your almost growing. You can always add muscle, but your stuck with your bone structure.

    T.king?

Fullbody workout 3 times a week, increase the weight everytime you can, keep a log book and beat it. Must full squat and deadlift!
Extra calories daily, a good mass gainer shake. 40P/40C/20F on the macros

This combo will net you 20+ pound fast.

tiny bones? i'm only 5'11 i don't consider myself tiny. Your growth plates don't fully close till around age 25, Most people grow wider instead of taller from 18-25 if they still grow. Proper diet and lifting like terraj said, it will increase bone density.

I realize this is frustrating for you but the good news is, you can fix it. You may be eating a lot, and this site is full of hard gainers who say they eat a lot, but you clearly need more food. It's a simple math problem. Calories in vs calories used. You may have to eat more than most but that's what your going to hove to do.

I was your weight at 21 years old and I did the above program and made great gains! This is the way to go, I'll even give you the exact program if you'd do it.

You're still growing, that's number one. Secondly, follow the suggestions above - total body workouts, lift heavy and eat above maintenance - you will grow. Yes, at some point you'll be limited to your bone structure, but join the club - all we can do is our very best with what we were given.

^ ^ that's a big NO. You're way too young and from the sound of it, have no muscle base whatsoever. Steroids will do nothing for you other than drain your pocket.

Without the fundamentals and sound diet/nutrition knowledge, they shouldn't even be part of your vocabulary. You are years away from even considering gear, trust me.

You already got the best answers you're going to get - develop a proper diet and training regimen and you'll grow. You ARE too young to consider steroids, and I can guarantee you'll get no help on this board with it. If you decide to go off on your own with this, you'll regret it later.

Sorry if this wasn't the feedback you were looking for (I feel like we were just being setup for the juice question).

In this situation your age is irrelevant. If you had the same stats and you were 32 they would still tell you to stay off the gear. Proper diet is the first step no matter what age you are. You can't put on muscle if your not eating enough to sustain it.

You have to have over 50 posts to PM anyone. You shouldn't have anymore questions from anyone here until you agree to post a diet and workout program and absolutely stop asking about or hinting about steroids. Your body produces more testosterone than you could possibly inject and you more than likely haven't stopped growing yet. Take the great advice given and stop looking for a shortcut or for us to do the work for you.

Great point! Age is just the other deciding factor here. Either one on their own is enough to make a clear choice!!

You're not going to be banned for asking what you've asked, or for asking a simple question. Just know up front that you cannot ask for sources here. If that's what you were planning to PM me about, save yourself a click!!
