Does .5 mg L-dex ED hinder gains at all

It will hinder them a little, actually there is new debate if it really does even hinder or if people believe it does because of the lack of water bloat. I think a lack of estrogen will hinder gains though. It will hinder the gains, but nothing too bad. I wouldn't take the dex unless you are pron to gyno or do not want the water bloat.
