First of all why do people have to buy stuff like Isagenix, It may work, but doesn't a good diet work also.
I think some people just try to find the easy way out, What have you heard about this?

Well, reason why I ask cause I know a few that are on it and they say good results, But they are eating healthy, so to me it seem like a BRAIN trick, buy this and eat this and do this 3 time a week. and in 2 weeks you lose so much cause of water and then after that its just from dieting right>>>?Originally Posted by SlimmerMe
