Hola everyone, just introducing myself. I''ve been lurking on this site for over a year now, so I figured it's time to register. I've been an avid workout enthusiast, but I am looking to push myself further. I guess some relevant info about me would be that I'm 6'-3", 250lbs, pretty thick and flabby build, I work at a desk all day as a structural engineer, and I work out 4-5 times a week. Anywho, just sayin hello!
