First off I'd like to say hello to everyone. I'm a new member and certainly glad to be a part of your community. I'm posting this in hopes of getting some good advice from some of the vets around here. Thanks in advance.
I'm 32, 5' 10" and around 200 lbs. My body fat fluctuates, but I'm around 12-15% right now. I've been working out steadily for around 8/9 years. I eat good and I train hard.
I did my first cycle EVER around 6 months ago. I ran Sustanon 300 for around 10 weeks. My body responded well to it and I saw good gains in both size and strength. Not knowing s**t, I never ran any PCT and lost most of my gains (stupid I know). I've just now started my second cycle (Sustanon 250). I'm pinning 1ml EOD. I've got some HCG on the way and I'm going to start pinning some like every 3 days throughout my cycle. Now for the questions....
Is 12 weeks too long to run the Sust? I have virtually no side effects from it. How much of the HCG should I be pinning during my cycle? It's been suggested by a friend that I stack the Sust with Equipoise, what are your thoughts on that? Would I REALLY see much better gains? And last but not least, I could use a little help making sure I do my PCT right. I've done some research, but would like your guys' input on it. I appreciate all the help.
