I prefer Ezekiel cereal
If your local grocery store has an organic section it should be in there. Sorry it copy and pasted on here a little weird, but that's it. The protein is a complete protein and there's no sugar.

I eat one of 2 cereals. I just add a shake to for protein. One is Quaker Natural Granola and the other is Quaker Oatmeal squares. Im not going to give up to a nasty tasting cereal. Cereal is one of my favorite foods and these two are a great compromise of health and taste. I also started using non fat milk and will only eat actual serving sizes. I cant eat Ezekiel anything, tastes horrible to me! LOL
