What's the general consensus on Arimidex usage?

I'm getting ready to start a 12 week cycle, 1-12 Test Cyp, 1-10 Deca, 7-12 Winny

I've purchased Arimidex to be safe, but what do you guys think about using it concurrently with the cycle? Do you feel it's necessary if I'm not gyno prone (but have never taken Deca before)....or should I just hold onto it in case gyno signs show up?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

hold onto it just in case. if you feel like you need to use it take .5mg a day.

You could even start using it eod just to be safe, great for bloating and gyno issues.

It should be used from day one to prevent any sides from ever occuring. I always feel like I look better
when I use AI's in my cycle...less bloat,,water weight,,etc.......

I dont run during unless gyno probs, but i'm not sporting a beach bod 24/7 either.

On my current cycle I included .25mg/ed of adex. I feel tighter, little to no acne, and no water retention.

Many will say keep it on hand in the case of ERSE's occurring; personally, I feel best running it at 0.25mg everyday during my cycle.

OK I'm going to grab some before I start and take .25mg ED while cycling.....I was also planning on running 500iu of hcg per week during the entire duration of the cycle, stopping both arimidex and hcg after my last pin of cyp...and starting pct (clomid & nolva) 2 weeks later. Anyone see any problems with this?

I was advised to use it at 0.5mg EOD through my 12 week cycle.
Its probably safer that way...

I'm pretty sensitive to ESRE's myself, and can visibly see the water bloat when I wake up on a day after not taking any arimidex. For this reason I stick to the 0.25mg everyday; if you aren't estrogen sensitive going 0.5mg every other day won't cause any issues.
