A couple things about me
I'm 36 years old 6 foot 1 and 228 lbs
Joined the site to get as much info as I can on everything about
bodybuilding .... I want to be that guy I was jealous of. You know him... the one with the 100lbs bimbo on his arm. She is with him simply because he is jacked. Hey you might be that guy !!
I am serious about getting ripped and tend to get obsessed. For example I started playing golf 13 years ago and went from shooting 120 to finally having shot a round under par. I know this will take time and am ready for the long haul... took me 10 years and multiple swing changes before I could hit the ball 300 yds.
I recently quit smoking ( december 25th 2011) and rarely drink anymore. I went from 230lbs and 26% bodyfat down to 15% (approx) an 222lbs. I started weight training in september. My next step is hiring a personal trainer because I recently read that I am doing many many things wrong.
I started with a workout partner but he quickly bailed in less than a month
He was the one who had motivated me to start and gave me the referral to this site. I have being going at it alone
I have tried : test freak
hemo test
They don't really work. IF I do go with AAS it will be a last resort -- trying to gain another 20-30lbs of muscle. I want to know everything about it so I don't spend my money and not eat,train, or cycle properly
