i started the keto diet today and was just wondering if im doing it properly somehow this seems to good to be true. basically all ive eaten today is whole eggs and bacon both fried while ive had 2 scoops of whey and a few slices of ham. protein is at about 140g carbs are under 15g and fat is at around 60-70g cals are around 1400 and im going to have another 2 scoops of whey before bed. somehow i dnt think im doing this right is it ok to eat fried eggs and fried bacon lol
