i started the keto diet today and somehow it seems to good to be true. ive basically just been eating fried eggs bacon and ham with 2 scoops of whey. my protein is at around 140g , carbs around 15g , fat around 60g cals about 1400 and im going to have 2 scoops of whey before bed. somehow i dnt think its ok to eat this and still lose fat ?
