6’2”, 225lbs, 10%bf. I just came off of a 17 week cut and my starting stats were 255 and over 20%. For me to go below 10%, I’d have to be a stick figure. I would like to do a recomp and gain a little LBM without gaining any bf% at all. I will be running 75mg of Prop and Masteron ED for 8 weeks. Along with an ECA stack (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) and 50-75mg T3 ED. Cardio will be 5 days a week on an empty stomach (40 minutes- 10% Incline, 4MPH). In a sense I guess you could even say this is a VERY lean bulk. But hopefully I will not be gaining any fat. Tell me what you guys think: Thanks….
