    need help quick

    Ok new member but been using this website for years for info. I hav used aas in the past but due to birth of my daughter and other things fell out of gym for about a year. My bf% is about 18% and I was thinkin about doin hgh for about 6 months then mid flow jumpin in with sum aas ( test,decca,winny) been hearin mixed reveiws and am willing to take advice please help me out..................

    Whats your stats???
    My only advise for now ( IF you been out of the Gym for a year) is to get back in the Gym first, and see how your body will change/adapt, before you even think of taking anything... and please dont do it, like some people i know, that after a month of being in the gym they start a cycle.
