    calorie increase on cycle

i am 5' 7" 166-170lbs and currently doing a VERY clean bulk at 2550 cal a day, 250g carbs, 230g protein, 70g fat. i came to this number because the last bulk i did was 3100cal a day for 20 weeks and i gained 34lbs. that is a gain of 1.7lbs a week, which is 5950cal over maintenance a week, and a 850 over maintenance increase a day. so figure drop that down to 300cal over maintenance and you get 2550cal a day.

i am also going to go on a simple test e cycle later in the summer and want to know how to adjust my diet accordingly. i have heard that you should increase it by 200cal a week while on cycle from friends who have ran test e before, is that a safe way to insure continual gains without massive amounts of fat?

well all people did was criticize my overall planning and then drop the subject which was not the purpose of the thread, so i decided to give this question its own fresh thread to focus completely on answering it as opposed to telling me what i already know.

Because you aren't ready to cycle dude. Your diet was poor at best. If you can't eat properly and be dedicated to a bodybuilding regime then you have no business even having the word steroid in your vocab. I will say it again in english:

YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO EAT PROPERLY. IF YOU INJECT TESTOSTERONE IN YOUR BODY I GUARANTEE YOU WILL EITHER INJURE YOURSELF, CAUSE BIOLOGICAL PROBLEMS, GAIN MOSTLY FAT, AND LOSE ALL YOUR GAINS A MONTH LATER BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN THE TIME TO EDUCATE YOURSELF. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU EAT THE PERFECT NUMBER OF CALORIES, WHAT YOU EAT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT HOW MUCH YOU EAT.

If the bolded is true, post pictures of yourself. The diet you posted is not a clean diet whatsoever.

THIS IS WHAT YOU POSTED ON MARCH 18th:

my breakdown plan is 260g carbs, 230g protein, and 65g fat. seem good for someone of my size for a slow bulk?

Shocking, looks similar to a post I already read.

I'd also like to direct you to:

Where you were told multiple times to fix your diet and training then come back after showing dedication. You are not knowledgeable enough to be using anabolic compounds and you have tons of research and education ahead of you.
