As you can see im new here. Joined this site because I want better info on "supplements" and how to use them in as safe of a manner as possible. I'm a member at another .com as well. Been training a while and had some good gains but they have begun to slow down more and more. I have run one oral only (i know, i know) cycle so i'm basically a newbie. Yea so overall short term goals are gaining and keeping more solid mass and long term goals are doing that while being shredded. Lets see where I go from here!
edit: one good thing though is that I pct'ed out responsibly. The internet really does help.
