The reason i am on this site is to seek proffesional advice, and to do my research ahead of time, i do not plan on using gear any time soon. I mean that. i will wait till im atleast 25, like everyone says. right now, im currently eating tons of food, and drinking protein shakes (only 2-3 a day).

I've been lifting for 2 years.
Theres still things i need to work on, im open to any advice given.
Im just wanting to know how my body looks, is it ok for being 6'2 and almost 180? Anything that sticks out that i need to work on?
i feel like i can get the most advice from here, ive been lurking for a while and doing my research, like i said my diet is not top notch, although i am not lazy and i do cook stuff, my diet mainly consists of chicken, fish, lean meats, etc. i do not drink, or smoke. i would say for 16 years old im pretty dedicated.
Im wanting to make varsity defensive end this coming season, so im trying to pack on as much as i can. my training is the 5x5 routine with a 4 day split.
I will try and post pics of the lower body as soon i can.
Bench press: i do work sets with 180, max is 225.
Anything else you would like to know, just ask.
IMO my chest needs the most work, along with quads. they just will not grow. i switch my workouts every now and then, but i cant seem to get them to grow. Also my left lat is bigger than the right and every time i workout my back, it seems like it doesnt get worked at all?
You can be harsh, im not scared to know the truth!
