Weight: About 183 lbs. (185 at night and 180 in the morning...ha)... I'm sure your immediate response is that I'm nowhere even close, but I'm already 10-15 lbs. heavier than anyone in my family has ever been... the curse of the chicken legs.. Blast!
BF%: About 6-8%
Lifting experience: 6+ years
Cycle Exp.: Never cycled, but have been considering for the last 3-6 months and conducting a lot of research.
Goal: Ideally, a pretty lean bulk (although staying lean isn't really a problem for me so....bulk)

I'm just looking for a little feedback, maybe a few adjustments I can make to put on a few extra pounds. I lift weights 5 days a week and do cardio 2-3 days (typically 20-30 minute runs). Thanks in advance for the help and let me know if you have any questions.!
