    Approaching my genetic limit?!?

    Hey all, I've been a long time creeper on these forums and just recently started posting responses. Here is my first thread! Wooop woooop...

    So, here is some background info:

    Age: 24 (25 in August)
    Height: 6'2''
    Weight: About 183 lbs. (185 at night and 180 in the morning...ha)... I'm sure your immediate response is that I'm nowhere even close, but I'm already 10-15 lbs. heavier than anyone in my family has ever been... the curse of the chicken legs.. Blast!
    BF%: About 6-8%
    Lifting experience: 6+ years
    Cycle Exp.: Never cycled, but have been considering for the last 3-6 months and conducting a lot of research.
    Goal: Ideally, a pretty lean bulk (although staying lean isn't really a problem for me so....bulk)

    Typical Day (Diet):

    7:00 AM - 57/173/11
    1 Cup Muesli/Granola 16/132/8
    1 Cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt 9/33/1
    1 Scoop Isopure Zero Carb 25/0/1
    1/2 Scoop Living Fuel (Fruit/Veggie Mix) 7/8/1

    10:00 AM - 50/8/20
    6-8 oz. Lean Meat (typically Salmon w/ olive oil/basil pesto) 50/8/15
    OR
    6-8 oz. Lean Meat (chicken, lean beef/bison, turkey, tilapia) 50/0/5
    1/2 Avocado 2/8/15

    12:30 PM - 50/98/8
    6-8 oz. Lean Meat (chicken, lean beef/bison, turkey, tilapia) 50/0/5
    1.5 Cups Brown Rice 7/67/3
    1 Banana 1/31/1

    Intra-Workout Shake 38/40/1
    1.5 Scoops Zero Carb Isopure 38/0/1

    8:45 PM - 52/8/5 (This meal is typically just a chicken salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar)
    6-8 oz. Lean Meat (chicken, lean beef/bison, turkey, tilapia) 50/0/5
    1 Cup Vegetables (broccoli, green beans) 2/8/0

    10:15 PM 56/26/48
    2 Scoops ON Casein 48/14/20
    1 TBSP Udo's 3-6-9 Oil Blend 0/0/14
    8 oz. Fat Free Milk 8/12/0

    Daily Estimated Totals: about 4400-4500 calories at roughly 400/450/130

    I'm just looking for a little feedback, maybe a few adjustments I can make to put on a few extra pounds. I lift weights 5 days a week and do cardio 2-3 days (typically 20-30 minute runs). Thanks in advance for the help and let me know if you have any questions.!

    I'm taking a hiatus from diet critiques for a while, but i'd like to see pics of you at 6-8%. Not necessarily doubting you, but 6% is bodybuilder competition level. It's hard to imagine you live your life sitting at that low of a BF.

    For sure. I'll try and get some pics up soon. How do I go about doing that? I haven't even been able to access my own profile....

    And your probably right. I may be closer to 8-10%. The last time I measured with calipers was a couple years ago and 25 lbs. ago. I've recently done the hand-held electronic analyzer and that says anywhere from 5.5 to 9% (but I know these are pretty unreliable).
