Spoke to my GP about starting my first cycle.

Hello forum,

I have just had a meeting with my Doctor today and things well a lot better than I was expecting.

He was really cool about it and didn't really judge me. He was a bit skeptical and told me that he obviously is going to try and dissuade me (he then listed all the side effects and risks). But the more I spoke to him, the more he realised I had done my research and seemed to respect that.

I think he is quite young (about 28) so he said he was going to talk to my actual GP (who is a senior I think) and call me to say whether or not they will monitor me before/during/after (Blood test analysis and general health). He said not to start until they have spoken to me again.

I went with a friend for moral support and strongly suggest anyone considering a cycle to talk to your GP, it really isn't as bad as you expect. And it is obviously safer to have a health professional monitoring you throughout your cycle to make sure nothing goes wrong.

I am going to do a cycle of Test C for 10/12 weeks (still haven't decided yet)

I saw my doctor aswell and told him about my cycle, good thing with my doctor he told me best mg for body weight and composition. He has been my doctor for years and we have a really good rapport. If you can get this with your doc then you can find out loads.

Of course i got the lecture first as they are meant to but after that it was all good.

AMEN to that.. this is going to go into your medical record man.. which docs won't share with the public but they will share with health care companies..

i remember wheni went to the hospital and they drew blood they tested for what type of infection i had but it said i had cocaine in my system.. and they put that in my medical record.. it is still there i am sure.. don't live in the US anymore, but if i did i imagine getting health coverage would be hard.

most doctors dont know shit! i had a GP tell me all i needed was 50g's of protein and 2500 cals a day was more than enough to grow. im 6'2" 195!! good idea to get blood work done prior to cycle. terrible idea to tell your doctor your gonna cycle. your pegged for life genius.

That's good because you are going to need it and obviously ignorant GP go hand in hand with free health care in the UK if he was/is ok with you doing aas.

No you wouldnt have a hard time getting coverage for coke in your system.Way back when.You start a job with bennies you got it.Now if you get hurt on the job and piss hot.They dont have to cover you.I dont know about aas.But Bonaparte is on spot.So I would belive him on that one.
