    Ultimate Mass Stack Help? Deca, D-anabol, & Tren

    I'm new to anabolic steroids and I would like some info and tips before I start anything.

    I have purchased whats called the Ultimate Mass Stack which consists of:

    2- Deca 200: 90 capsules each bottle
    Directions: 1-3 capsules 3 times daily

    2- D-anabol 25: 90 capsules each bottle
    Directions: 1-3 capsules 3 times daily

    2- Tren 75: 90 capsules each bottle
    Directions: 1-2 capsules 3times daily

    I was also sent 1 bottle of PGH 100mg
    Directions: 2 tablets daily

    Before I start taking any of this I would like some help

    -When to take?

    -How many to take?

    How long to take/cycle?

    Any additional information is greatly appreciated

    If you ordered from *********** dot com or the roid store you got fake stuff...

    I got it from oral steroids .com , they arent fake are they?

    Yeah they are. Sorry but you should've done more research to know that stuff like deca and tren are injectables.

    So they wont really have an effect at all?

    If they are orals they are useless.

    Lifting for 5yrs mostly supplement free.

    Diet: breakfast- 2 boiled or scrammbled eggs, white rice, fried ham, croissant, 1 serving of fruit, milk or juice

    Lunch/dinner- a type of meat (fish, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, or veal), usually a rice, a cooked vegetable, a bowl of raw broccoli, a roll, and one or two servings of fruit

    I only use whey protien and creatine currently

    you should be eating 6 to 8 meals per day. head over to the diet section post your stats and your goals so the guys can help you put together a diet that will have you growing in no time. breakfast, lunch and dinner are for kids you want to grow you need to eat like a man..

    First off your only 19 you shouldn't be using anyways. Second do a lot more research if you even did any. There is so much wrong with you post.
