Hey guys, I'm going to be playing football for a D1 school and need a suggestion for what a good cycle would be. I wont tested for a while so i should be fine for that. Im looking for strength, speed, and some size would be good too.

Powerlifting- deadlift, bench, squat and some olympic lifts like power clean. 4 days a week
Cardio twice a week, sprints and football conditioning
Bulking, high protein, about 4000 - 5000cals a day
