    Newbie

-Im a 21 year old male from ky.
-I went from 170 to 205 in about 3 months with just good ol fashion hard work.
-But I cant really go any further by myself.
-Id like to find a good cycle to get started on, deff looking for suggestions from a seasoned vet in the game.
-Ive got tons of buddies that are pushin up well over 300 and Im stuck on 205
-I recently had surgery and cant start back at it for another 2 weeks, but wanna hit it hard when I do.
-Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
    - - - Thanks to all!

    Welcome!

21 is too early. Keep up your hard work and it will pay off. Diet and training at 21 with all of your natural hormones will pay off. To get diet help to add some solid clean mass come on over to the Diet Question forum.....see ya there!
