    Masteron P Kick in?

    Height: 6'2"
    Weight: 227lbs
    Bf%- 9
    Waist: 31.75"

    I'm on week 2 of a 75mg Masteron/Prop ED 8 week cycle. I've noticed an increase in vascularity and some slight strength increases, but I feel like that vascularity is coming from dieting my ass of, not the Masteron. I guess I look slightly "harder" when pumped, but not what I expected. I'm under 10% bf too. So has it just not fully taken off yet?

    Diet is pretty on point:

    1.) 8 Egg Whites, 4 Yolks, 1.5 Cup of Oates
    2.) 3 Tilapia Filet, 8oz Asparagus, 3 Fish Oil, 3 Pieces of Ezequiel Bread
    3.) 8oz Certified Angus Beef Top London Broil, 8oz Sweet Potato
    4.) 2 Scoops Whey Powder, 2 Scoops of Waxy Maze
    5.) 8oz Chicken breast, 2 Broccoli Crowns, 3 Fish Oil, 8oz Sweet Potato
    6.) 3 Tilapia Filet, 1 Tbsp All natty Peanut Butter
    7.) 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1 Scoop of Casein Powder, 17 Almonds

    Protein= 400g
    Carbs= 375g
    Fat= 85g

    The goal for this cycle is sort of a recomp/lean bulk. I'd like to stay the same bf% and gain a good 5-7lbs. I'm also hitting 200 minutes a week of empty stomach cardio to help keep me lean. The scale has not changed much though. Am I just being an impatient son of a bitch?

    cardio at what HR/intensity level? You want a lean bulk but what is your total caloric intake and why so many carbs for a lean bulk?

    Yes. They are shorter esters, but it's only been two weeks. Keep at it, and report back in 6 weeks.

    I just came off of a brutal 18 week cut and reset my metabolism. I'm nailing the cardio to allow me to have some extra carbs in my diet. My total caloric intake is probably slightly shy of 4k calories. I do 40 minutes on the treadmill, empty stomach, 3.5MP at 10% Incline. HR stays around 125-130. I have a hard time believing that 375g of carbs falls under the "so many" carbs catagory.

    Raise the HR. I firmly believe in working on cardio in tiers. Work one window till you see no more effects then up it by 5-7bpm and so on. Even with that much cardio which to be frank I dont think is all that much I still think your carb intake is huge if you aren't on a cycle and even on one i think it's pushing the threshold.

    People say raising your hr agressively will effect mass but I can say that if your protein intake is as high as yours then you should have no ill effects!

    I'm a little lost here. I stated that I am doing a recomp/lean bulk and that I haven't seen the scale change. So you encourage upping the cardio, raising the heart rate, and cutting the carbs back? Sounds like the perfect remedy for a CUT, not a recomp.
