    All the help I can get from the pros!!

    Hi Guys,

    Just grabbed my first cycle which will consist of Winny, EQ and Test E. I know this is NOT a steroid forum just wanted to post want I will be playing with over the next ten weeks in case it helps.

    Ok my diet/workout consists of……

    630am Whey protein shake 40g protein
    Cardio training (one of three programs 1. elipt/run/bike 2. Swimming 3. Boxing)

    800am Post workout Smoothie with frozen fruit (bananas, blueberries and strawberries), 20g scoop of Vega protein mix (whole vegan protein mix), 8 egg whites and a scoop of veggie greens

    10am Almonds, tuna/salmon fillet

    12-1pm Chicken/ lean red meat/small salad

    3-4pm Whey Protein shake 40g

    Workout (weights now)
    630pm Post workout Vega Protein shake 20g Protein

    730pm Chicken Salad

    1030-11pm Casien Protein shake or small cottage cheese.

    Don’t really know the exact stats (which I should) just more so concentrate on making sure I eat these things and prepare for the week or few days ahead to keep on schedule.

    Please fill me in on what I’m doing wrong and any advice?

    Ps. Minimum 5GL water per day and zero Dairy or Wheat (other than a small cottage cheese if I even have it that day.)

    the pros are going to want your stats. they need this info in order to determine at what calorie number you need to be eating at. your diet needs some help, where are the carbs? what are your goals? with the current diet you have posted, go back thru and post macros for each meal (protein, carbs, fats) and cals. this will help you see what you are getting in each meal and where you need help at.

    Sry My stats are as follows......

    HT: 5'9
    BF: 13-14%
    WT: 180lbs
    Years Training: 6
    Age:28

    I would like to lean up a bunch. Not looking to gain more unless it is lean mass but mainly just looking to trim up to around 170-175 but realy cut and around 9-10% BF. As far as the Protein/Macros/Carbs/Fat I really don't know. I wish I had all the stats in front of me but I don't while at the office. I also don't put too much emphasis on the exact amount all the time. I find it hard enough to make sure I stick to this exact diet (which I do) than breaking it down to every g/oz. What I do know for sure is that i ingest 300+g per day of protein.

    If you want to trim up for ex.....when you say chicken salad, what all is in it? real mayo? or lite? little things like this add up or down....I too am trying to shed BF so I understand!

    Hey Hun,

    I will include in my salad....chicken, shrimp, red and green peppers, cucumber, tomatos, sunflower seeds and almonds.

    now you can start to see why counting everything is important. you have fats/carbs/protein all in one meal. how many ounces/or grams is the chicken, shrimp, etc..... everything counts!
