hey everyone New aussie member here from newcastle, been looking on and off this site for the past year or so and have learnt a fair bit but know i need to learn alot more. I wanna get into bodybuilding properly by about november this year after the football season but want to get everything sorted out now eg diet workouts supps etc, i would like to know whats best for me to start off and get a good base to work off to be directed in the right way, my stats are

around 17-22% bf ( i think will post some pics soon so you guys can have a look)
been training for the last 5 years with weights but only really enough for my football strength eg only basic strength workouts, deadlifts,squats,bench, clean and jerk mostly powerlifting type stuff no real toning or shapiong excercises.
Never Done any AAS only ran 2 cycles of clenbuterol before preseason football to cut some fat back and get into footy shape but thats it
I will post my diet in the diet section soon so you look and critque. I would like to know what i should be doing now to help me prepare myself for when football finishes i would start now but it makes it too hard to do my gym work as injuries happen and muscle soreness from weekend games can prevent my from following a proper gym routine but yeh just need to know what to do now do i need to bulk,cut condition etc ????
